Randy came out three weeks ago as of Tuesday around 3pm. The incorrect button was supposed to be shipped priority the day after he came out. It was shipped last week. I have had to be short in my emails to get updates. Yesterday, I asked for updates. The response was swift. Universal Med Supply has received the button and the new mounting hardware for the thigh pads, but there’s still no word on the thigh pads themselves. Mohamed called the wheelchair company and is waiting for them to get back to him about what’s going on with the pads. So, yeah. Still waiting.
